Ever get something done? .....Let's just pretend you have! Well finally I have too! That CIS (Computer Integrated Sciences) class I was freaking out about testing out of? Well ba-bay, I did! Oh the sweet victory I feel! I could climb a mountain of lions, while riding a Mountain Lion.!! Dude, that sounds so awesome. Hold on... ok! Imagine this: (I made it easier to imagine! You're Welcome :) )

| Pretty epic, huh? |
To fully understand how amazing testing out of CIS is let me explain the situation:
If you DON'T test out of that class:
1. You MURDER a mass amount of trees
2. Waste LOADS of your hard-earned money to print
3. Spend TONS money on ink
4. Waste your TIME doing assignments you learned since Windows and Microsoft existed
5. It's only a BUSY WORK class, you never learn anything new
If you DO test out of that class:
1. Save the PLANET
2. Have money to SPEND elsewhere
3. Have INK to use on pretty pictures
4. Get the CREDITS deserved for your foreknowledge
5. Have a freaking LIFE!!!!

NOT TO TEST OUT.......................................... TO TEST OUT
Oh! The hard choice! |
Hmmm..... Weighing my options.... I believe testing out was a smart choice. Go me!
The only tough thing about the whole testing out process, was that I had to pass 4 tests; Windows/Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point. And they are so tricky! You can only test out the second week of class, if you don't pass each section with an 80% or higher, you must actually take that section. Also, you can't retake ANY of the tests. It's DO... or DIE.
So I went in yesterday and Took Windows/Outlook and Word. I passed both with a 92% and a 85% respectively. Then today I went back and took PowerPoint and Excel. I wasn't sure how I would do on either, because I haven't used either in quite some time. But I took them anyways. Sure enough I passed Power Point with an 85%! Success! But the real problem had arrived. I'm going to spew this out now, I, Caralyn Colson, do NOT like EXCEL. AT ALL. I mean it's great and all for charts, but i never make charts! and if i do, i like to do them with papers, a ruler, glue, sparkles, and rainbow markers! Not some super boring chart.
See? Mine is SOOOOO much better! Don't you agree?
Anyways, so I am just praying that I pass Excel. As I go through this test, I'm answering some questions right, and others, I'm like, "Whoa! That's Possible? I didn't know that! Excel, you've got talent." So obviously, I got those ones wrong. I'm down to the last 10 and I tell myself I better get these right, or man, do you really want to take Excel, no matter how much respect you've now developed for it? NO WAY. I get the last 10 right and the test score comes up. I'm like peeing my pants and shaking at the same time.... BAM! 80%.. Holy crap! That was close! By the skin of my teeth! (If my teeth had skin... that would be weird, huh?) So I print it and walk up there all smiley and they tell me I'm all set! I beat that boss!! Yeah!!! Haha!! Glorious feeling man, GA-LOR-RE-US!!!

| Don't I look similar to Batman? |
So now, I want to celebrate. So I must leave! Ta Ta!
